Effective 2026. wifimap.ai is operated by the WiFi Map team. Below is a plain-language summary of how we handle data on the marketing site and across licensed datasets. The full legal Privacy Policy is available on request — we publish it before any production data exchange.
What we collect on this site
We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-aware, cookieless tool that records page views and aggregated CTA clicks. We do not place tracking cookies, do not run third-party ad pixels, and do not link visits to identities.
What we collect via the contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive the fields you fill in (name, email, company, role, vertical, market, intent, hypothesis or use case). We use this only to respond to your inquiry and route it to the right team member.
Licensed datasets
Licensed B2B datasets are derived from the WiFi Map consumer-app contribution panel. Contributor device IDs are hashed at ingest. Licensed datasets exclude credentials and PII by design. Full data-governance documentation is published with each licensing agreement.
